Mediterra Golf and Country Club Community
Mediterra located in Lee and Collier counties, north of Immokalee Road, between Us 41 and I-75. This gated Mediterranean style community developed by the Bonita Bay group consists of single family homes, villas and coach homes. Of the 1,697 acres more than half is reserved for open spaces and appreciating nature. Less than 950 residences ensure the intimacy of low-density neighborhoods.
The 36-hole Tom Fazio designed championship golf courses offering membership to only 275 players for each course. With such a low membership no tee times are required.
